Seva Law Firm client Roy Browning provides a review of his experience with the firm. Roy was injured in a March 2014 accident. The insurance company refused to pay him anything because they claimed the accident was caused by black ice, and not the fault of the negligent driver. Roy hired us to sue the insurance company...and he sure seems satisfied with the outcome!
Faythe Peoples was involved in a serious car accident in June of 2014, which resulted in the aggravation of a prior lumbar surgery and a cervical condition. She also sustained head injuries as a result of the accident. Despite maintaining an insurance policy with Esurance and having objective evidence of her injuries (MRIs, doctors reports, etc.), Esurance refused to pay for her medical bills or her wage loss.
